Shipping & Returns

All items locally are sent via Express Shipping through Australia Post. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used & is in the original packaging supplied at the time of sale with proof of purchase. If a product is deemed to be damaged by the purchaser, no returns will be accepted. If you simply changed your mind on a purchase, we may offer a store credit of the same value. Each return claim will be assessed on an individual basis.
